- Ultra-Smooth Gradients

An 8-colour + white print system delivers a visibly higher-quality finish than standard CMYK by using additional light and extended inks to create far more colour detail. Instead of relying on sparse dots of heavy inks, it produces smooth, continuous gradients with no banding or grain, even in soft fades and shadowed areas. The wider colour gamut allows richer, more accurate brand colours, while the white ink layer ensures colours remain clean and vibrant on clear, coloured, or backlit materials. The result is a premium, professional print with smoother transitions, greater depth, and exceptional clarity—especially noticeable on illuminated and high-end signage.
- Edge-Perfect Print & Cut Precision

Laser cutting materials prior to printing allows us to achieve flawless edge-to-edge graphics with a level of precision that traditional routing simply can’t match. Because the material is cut using a focused laser rather than a rotating tool, edges remain perfectly sharp with no chipping, tearing or micro-fractures — and crucially, no heat burn or edge marking after print. Printing onto pre-cut panels means artwork runs cleanly right to the edge of the shape, maintaining absolute alignment between cut line and graphic. The result is a crisp, premium finish with uninterrupted colour, perfect geometry and consistent quality across every piece — especially important for detailed lettering, shaped panels and high-end branded signage.
- Campaign & Promotional Graphics

High-impact visuals for temporary campaigns, events and brand activations.
Direct to Substrate Printing
Direct-to-substrate printing allows graphics to be printed directly onto rigid materials, eliminating the need for vinyl overlays entirely. Instead of applying a separate film, ink is cured straight onto the surface, creating a cleaner, more durable and fully integrated finish.
This approach removes common issues associated with vinyl—such as peeling, bubbling, wrinkling or edge lift—especially in high-traffic, high-temperature or long-term installations. Colours remain stable, edges stay sharp, and graphics hold their clarity over time.
Printing direct to substrate is ideal for materials including aluminium composite, PVC and Foamex sheets, acrylic panels, and selected timber or specialist boards. It’s particularly effective for flat signage, wayfinding systems and architectural graphics where precision, longevity and finish matter.
